We understand that time in the water is a vital part of swimming success, so if you’re unable to make your lesson for the day, log into your Parent Portal and mark your child(ren) absent and a make-up class will become available for use. Swimming out your make-up as close to the missed regular lesson is important to maintain progress. However, we also understand that sometimes, life happens,  so we will give you 90 days to book in your replacement class should you need a bit more time.

To ensure our classes can run on time and with efficiency, we require notice of your absence at least 2 hours before the start of your lesson to receive your make-up. Your replacement class can be booked up to one week ahead. We do suggest you book when you are ready as we do not offer make-ups on make-ups. Any unswum make-up lessons will be forfeited if you end your enrollment before using them.

The best way to manage your attendance and your make-ups is through your parent portal. Please see our team to help you get logged in and set up the next time you’re on site!

Can I take a break from swimming but keep my lesson time?

We understand that life happens and we know at some point everyone needs a little time off. Each calendar year we provide you with up to 4 weeks of class suspensions. This means your child will remain enrolled with their favorite teachers at your preferred day and time for FREE.

The hold can be placed on your account for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time and a maximum of 4 weeks. To properly action the hold we require notice prior to your extended leave to remove your booking fees. To place your account on hold please speak with customer service at your swim location.
