Learn to Swim: We require a minimum of two lessons [per booking] to be swam out after your cancellation form has been submitted. This may result in a partial or full fortnight debit before your enrolment ceases. Upon a class booking being cancelled, all make up classes associated with that class will no longer be available to be redeemed.
Squad Member Cancellations, If you decide to stop squad training and/or move to another program please complete this form 7 days in advance of your next debit. Please ensure you communicate with your coach so they understand your reasons and can help address any concerns. Alternatively, If you’re taking a holiday or planned break you can place your account on hold for breaks of longer than 2 weeks. Click here for a hold request.
In case of injury, you can put your account on hold from the date that you submit this form. Extended breaks may be available if more time is needed for your recovery. If you need a hold due to medical reasons, please send a copy of your medical certificate to customerconnect@cityvenuemanagement.com.au after you've filled out this hold request form.
