Can I use make-up lessons after cancelling my enrolment?
No. Once you’ve cancelled out of the program, any unused make-up lessons will be forfeited and cannot be used.
What happens to my make-up lessons if my child moves up a level?
Make-up lessons cannot be transferred between levels. If your child moves up before redeeming their make-ups, they must be booked and used in their previous level, or a team member at your venue can assist with redeeming them where possible
Can I transfer my make-up lessons to another student or family member?
No. Make-up lessons are non-transferable and can only be used by the original student
How long are make-up lessons valid for?
Make-up lessons are valid for 90 days from the date of the missed class. After this period, they will expire and can no longer be used.
Can I reschedule a make-up lesson if my child gets sick or we can’t attend?
Once a make-up lesson has been booked, it cannot be rescheduled, even in cases of illness. We recommend choosing a time that best suits your schedule before confirming your booking.
How far in advance can I book a make-up lesson?
Make-up lessons can be booked up to 7 days in advance. This helps ensure availability and fairness for all families looking to rebook missed lessons.
